The Lagoa Misteriosa (Mysterious Lagoon) has a First Job Program and an Internship Program along with the attractions Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata and Estancia Mimosa, all led by the same group.

The goal of the First Job Program is to provide a differentiated experience registered in the newly formed portfolio in the area of tourism in order to enter the job market young students, encouraging their professional development. The Internship Program aims to provide practical experience to students, enriching their professional training.
