The tourist attraction Lagoa Misteriosa is located in the rural area of the city of Jardim in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul (mid-west of Brazil), 270 km (168 mi) from its capital Campo Grande, 50 km (31 mi) from Bonito, and 36 km (22 mi) from Jardim.

The access to the tour is located at road BR 267 Km 515, on the same road that leads to the Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata.

• Bonito: Exit the city by the road MS178/MS382 (you will pass in front of the Convention Center), take the road MS 178 for 50 km (31 mi) until you reach the BR 267, turn left, towards Jardim, drive for a further 2 km and enter into the sign for Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata, continue 3 km (2 mi) in the inner road and the entrance to the Lagoa Misteriosa will be signalized.

• Jardim: Take the road BR 267 to the city of Porto Murtinho, drive for 36 km (22 mi), until the sign for Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata, continue 3 km (2 mi) in the inner road and the entrance to the Lagoa Misteriosa will be signalized.

• Campo Grande: Take the road BR 060 to Sidrolândia, passing through the cities of Nioaque and Guia Lopes. At the city of Jardim, take the road BR 267 to the city of Porto Murtinho, drive for 36 km (22 mi), until the sign for Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata, continue 3 km (2 mi) in the inner road and the entrance to the Lagoa Misteriosa will be signalized.
